Simple
Energise+ provides a highly concentrated dose of Brazilian Guarana combined with effective, concentrated doses of other adaptogens and stamina providing ingredients. These work well together and are backed by thousands of years of traditional use and new age science. The end result aims to provide sustained energy, stamina and vitality that gets better with time.
Technical
Guarana provides caffeine in a way that tends to release slowly over time, and also contains other stimulating active ingredients such as theobromine, leading to more sustained energy and stamina minus the jitteriness.
Panax Ginseng is a traditional adaptogen that contains ginsenosides responsible for improvement of mental and physical fatigue in multiple research trials.
Eleuthero, another adaptogen, has been traditionally used to improve stamina, vitality, cognition and stress with more recent evidence starting to back these uses and unravel the mechanisms. Eleutheroside B+E have been identified as likely responsible for many of its benefits.
ALCAR, an amino acid, is thought to more readily cross the blood brain barrier than standard l-carnitine. Carnitine assist in transferring long chain fatty acids (fat) to the mitochondria where they can be burned for energy (ATP). It is widely used in the nootropic community and has demonstrated positive results in trials on fatigue and impaired cognition states.

Vegan formula. Free from all animal products, gluten, soy, nuts, artificial sweeteners/colours, genetically modified (GMO) ingredients, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and sugars.
We actually tell you what is in our supplements and don't just put 'encapsulation aids'! Don't want to consume boat loads of the not-so-natural magnesium stearate/stearic acid? We made our supplements with zero in there!
Each 2 vegan cap dose contains:
- Paullinia Cupana seed (Guarana) 400mg 10:1 (equiv. 4000mg) standardised to 80mg naturally occuring caffeine
- Eleutherococcus Senticosus root and rhizome (Eleuthero, 'Siberian Ginseng') 100mg 15:1 (equiv. 1500mg) standardised to min. 0.8mg Eleutheroside B+E
- Panax Ginseng root 200mg 10:1 (equiv. 2000mg) standardised to min. 12mg ginsenosides
- Acetyl-l-carnitine (ALCAR) -vegan- 400mg
Other ingredients: veggie-cap, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, non-GMO rice extract blend.
Take 2 capsules in the morning with a light meal.
Can repeat after at least 3 hrs, max 4 caps per day.
If you are sensitive or Energise+ is too potent, divide dosages.
Avoid within 8 hours of bedtime to ensure your sleep is not affected (note: this will vary amongst individuals).
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
- Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women. This is a sensitive time and there is not enough research to say it is safe to take Energise+ during this time.
- Adults only. Contains 80mg caffeine per dose (two capsules). A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines.
- Before starting any new supplement or medicine, we always recommend discussing with your health care provider as everyone's circumstances are different. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
- Discontinue 1 week before planned surgery.

FAQ
How long will it take to notice a difference with Energise+ ?
Energise+ is generally noticeable 1-2 hours after the first use but requires around one month for the full effects. Most notably you may feel you can get more from your day, more from your workout or just generally can power on through your busy mornings.
Every day is different - there are many factors that affect your levels of energy, vitality and stamina such as your sleep, workload, food and drink intake, stress and many more. It is important to get the right timing and dosage for your daily needs...and then stick to it.

Will Energise+ give me a crash?
Energise+ has been designed to provide smooth energy and stamina rather than the rush and crash of pure isolated caffeine or sugar.

Can I still have caffeinated beverages?
Yes, but we recommend limiting your daily intake of all forms of caffeine to less than 400mg. Over time you may find you need less coffee or other caffeinated beverages and can reduce them whilst taking Energise+ !
If you are sensitive to caffeine, keep in mind that Energise+ is designed to provide a smoother release of its stimulant effect but you may choose to start with just one capsule (with a light meal). Two caps contain less caffeine than a store bought coffee.

Can I return it?
If we have been unable to help you use Energise+ to your liking, you are eligible to return any unopened bottles within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept opened bottles due to Australian health regulations. Please review our returns policy here.
