Thank you for visiting We Know Health. As a family owned Australian business we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We do our best to meet or exceed your expectations.
We endeavour to process all orders within 1-2 business days post payment verification - generally as fast as humanly possible! You will receive an email notification when you place your order and when your order has been shipped. If there are issues with your details submitted at the time of payment we will contact you via email or phone to clarify.

The above time frames are estimates. Delays may be caused by many factors including COVID-19 restrictions. We ship to most international countries but there are some exceptions.
Customs and taxes: You as the customer assume responsibility for handling and paying any taxes such as VAT or customs duties on entering your country. We do our best to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible but once it is in the delivery network we cannot control the process!
Missing or damaged parcels
Please follow tracking information provided to you. If tracking states your parcel has been delivered and it isn't at your residence, remember to check the neighbouring residences!
If your parcel arrives with damage to the contents please reach out to us via email@example.com.
60 day returns policy on supplements
If for any reason our supplements do not meet your expectation, please reach out to us via firstname.lastname@example.org. There are likely ways we can help you use our products to meet your expectations.
If we cannot assist you, first of all we are sorry! You are then eligible to return any unopened supplement bottles in as new condition within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible you must contact us via email@example.com to start the returns process within 60 days of purchase. We cannot refund items received to our postal address without going through this process.
You are responsible for the costs of shipping the returned item to us. We recommend shipping with tracking as we cannot refund items we do not receive.
We will refund you the amount paid for the returned supplements, excluding shipping costs that we have incurred posting your order. We endeavour to process all refunds of returned items within 7 days of receipt.
Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept returns of opened supplement bottles or sleep masks.
We Know Health will accept product returns and issue a refund, exchange or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law if:
- The product is found to be faulty or damaged, and
- You can provide a receipt of purchase
We Know Health reserves the right to not issue a refund, exchange or repair if the item fault is due to misuse or neglect.
We Know Health unfortunately cannot offer change of mind refunds.
